Started with a Simple Belief

Samriddha Bhoomi was founded in 2019 by Ch Krishna , a  professional who had spent over a decade watching Hyderabad’s real estate market grow rapidly, yet frustratingly, in ways that left the everyday buyer behind. Overpriced land. Opaque dealings. Approvals that never arrived.

We started with a simple belief: that a middle-class family in Hyderabad deserves the same quality of investment opportunity  the same legal clarity, the same infrastructure, the same pride of ownership  as any high-net-worth buyer.

So we built it ourselves. We identified Shadnagar as the corridor with the most genuine long-term growth story, acquired land with clean title, secured every approval before selling a single plot, and designed a township that was built for living  not just for selling.
